They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I am a very skilled plumber / bathroom installer with 20years experience in plumbing, heating and tiling. I specialise in quality bathroom installation, gas boilers Install service and brake down. Cylinder installs and general plumbing, I also have an extensive knowledge of heat pump technology where after attending manufacturer training in Valliant and Daikin heat pumps and products I have many installs to my name.
As of today, the job has been paid for in full (in cash) but remains unfinished. The shower hasn't been fitted, the cupboard units are poorly fitted-a bracket broken in one of them, a cupboard handle lost which he expected me to replace, the painting and finishing is shoddy - lumps of grout left on the tiles. I have had quotes running into hundreds to complete the fitting & improve the finishing - after paying in cash and trusting in a professional job - nightmare!

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
