This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Booked twice after confirming rate. First time he asked to change date. Agreed new time and date. Waited and he never turned up or contacted to say he wasn't going to do the job. Still need a cooker disconect and cap off. So I can move . No new communication.

Dave was also asked to put on some white satin - an even finish and no paint drips. Listened to my concerns and went extra mile to buy a suitable lock, prsented receipt. Very impressed with professionalism and a great finish, job done in a very timely manner and complete lack of mess I was expecting to have to clean up. Definitely reccomend and won't hestitate before using again :)
