He was not beingfaithful to himself. He texted me on Whatsapp to agree on a discounted rate. He said he would take £60 instead of £80 but after he has done his job he demanded that he got 80, the full money. He was not honest enough to admit that he had agreed to take 60.He asked for proof. I couldn't produce the Whatsapp message as he had deleted the message already. Finally I succumbed, paid him 80, for a 10mnt job. Won't employ people like him anymore.

I don't recommend anyone to use Concept & Constructions. They've wasted my time & been disrespectful. I met several builders and chose C&C (telling other builders they'd not been chosen). C&C visited for a 2nd time. We agreed additional work and a start date a week later. I laid all agreements out in an email for clarity. But next day I got a one line email saying they wouldn't do the job. They won't take my calls or reply to emails. I'm left with no builder and no explanation. 2 months wasted. Not happy.

This company started off all ok. When their expert evaluated the leak from my boiler he said that my pump needed replacing costing a total of £685. However since they thought they had fixed my water leak I found that I still had a leak. I spoke to them a few times and they have chosen to ignore me. Don’t use them to fix anything because they are simply clueless
We are 3 generations of the family specializing in Plumbing, Electrics and Building. Between us we feel we are able to accommodate a customers every need and take the job from planning to completion or work individually within our specific trades.
Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
