We came back from holiday to a broken boiler. We were lucky as we found this trader who came on the same day and changed our boiler the next day. We are very pleased about his customer service and the job itself. He was very polite, informative and knowledgeable. I would defo recommend this trader.

I had a full central heating system installed and I found Raj to be a very approachable guy who completed the work to a very high standard and in a timely manner. Great service from Linton. He fitted a new shower unit and tray in our en suite. Linton arrived to do the work when he said he would. He kept us appraised at all times with the progress of the job. Had Eduardo put washing poles into garden and he did not allow concrete to set properly so poles were leaning inwards and wash line therefore sagging therefore unable to hang any washing up. Asked Eduardo to come back and fix issue and he wanted to charge me for the whole job again! After frequent discussions some of which were him being very curt in his response, he still hasn’t,so I am left with an unusable washing line. Poor professionalism and attitude.

Mr Macenzie's quote was in the same region as the other quotes. Unfortunately he left the work to his apprentice. The work when complete seamed ok though untidy. Unfortunately the boiler lost pressure, the pipes banged, the condensate pipe fell off the boiler and the radiators stopped heating evenly. He never turned up for appointments to fix. Then he did not return calls/ texts & email not active I have had to get another engineer to fix system costing more. Would discourage anyone from employing this man
