Wonderful, would recommend. Jonathan came to quote on the Thursday and started on the Monday, we agreed a fixed rate which is my preference and despite some unexpected issues with the room he finished the job and adhered to our agreement. Will use again.

Alex is polite & honest & we felt we could trust him in our home.He listened to all the requirements & never tried to make us change our mind about what we wanted (a first!).We knew what we wanted done & Alex made every effort that these requirements were met at a high standard despite tricky tiling. difficulties etc.Alex carefully prepared & carried out all the work.It was always tidy.Totally professional, highly skilled, clever craftsman & we LOVE our new bathroom. Amazing price too!

A very professional job. David was extremely helpful in suggesting a suitable replacement for our old en-suite shower. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Price was cheaper than other quotes from more local plumbers, and Ryan was polite and friendly. Great job done at a great price. Will be saving his number for any future jobs that may be required.

Fitted a brand new heating system for 5 bed house in a week, the plumber was really conscientious , dealt with unexpected problems sensibly and worked long hours to get the job done. Very reliable and good after care too.

Carl was simply superb,I need say nothing else! He re-piped my system and fitted a new boiler. The quality was outstanding. Carl has high standards which is reassuring when hiring a tradesperson. He was was punctual and went above and beyond the norm in order to complete the job to his satisfaction. Excellent!

Honest, genuine, very hard working. Importantly, highly trustworthy. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. We will be using them again and can't recomend them highly enough. Great job. Thank you.
