Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. All electrical work and gas work is all completed by approved and qualified tradesmen. My main trade is joinery but in the 20 years of being in the building game I have gained the experience in each aspect in the building game which has its advantages when project managing a job whilst being on site working. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. We were happy with the price and the boiler replacement. However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.

Jason was such a polte nice fella as were all the different tradesmen that came and did my bedroom but Jason was the person i had most dealings with. I gave them a blank canvas to work with and gave them just a few instructions so it was all there idea what they did and i have got to say what a great job they did. The work was all done to a high standard and they cleaned up everyday at the end of shift. The price was good and i must say would highly recommend them to anyone.

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!
