Regency Roofing contacted me soon after the job was posted and arrived at my home an hour later as promised. The problem was inspected thoroughly with several faults pointed out to me, and a repair was proposed, agreed, and immediately completed. The repair has been satisfactory so far with no further leaks despite some heavy rain. However, the price asked was to my mind very high for the amount of work involved, even for an emergency repair. That is why my rating is 4 star rather than 5 star.

William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us.
