This rating is for the refurbishment of downstairs cloakroom, ensuite and main bathrooms. This included replacing bathroom suites, new ceilings with light and ventilation fans, full tiling and laminate floors. Probably not the cheapest but the work was completed to a high standard and all tradesmen were pleasant and understood our requirements.

Paid upfront for all materials, he did half the job so I paid him in full knowing he was coming back 2 days later, then he kept delaying, never came back, never contacted me. Now owed £400.
