He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Has not finished the job. Has not refunded me money for materials for the job that hasn't been completed. The work that was completed was not done to a good standard so I'm having to pay for another painter to redo. Was not able to complete in a generous timescale as not organised enough. Is now ignoring all my calls and messages. Therefore, would not recommend.

We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
