I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Harry turned up on the dot and completed the work earlier than estimated. However, no corners were cut, the work carried out exactly as discussed beforehand. What a professional job, I couldn't believe the transformation! Superb. So much so, I recommended the company to a friend needing carpentry work. Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again.
