Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Barnaby and his sidekick were an absolute joy to have in the house. We laughed all day whilst Barnaby delivered a first class service going to great pains to make sure everything was just where we wanted and were happy before he proceeded. Barnaby even dug a trench down the garden to install lighting and sockets in the garden shed. One month on there is little trace of where the grass was disturbed. Complete bathroom refurbishment and we couldn't have imagined a better end product. These lads work very hard, they're professional & reliable. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Mark is a nice guy but out of his depth when installed an EV charger. He installed a charger I supplied wrong causing it to set fire. He was given multiple goes at fixing it first and then replacing it but also replaced it incorrectly causing that one to blow. I’m now >£1300 out of pocket and rising due to having to use public chargers and loss off smart off peak electricity rates. I have no choice but to take him to court now.
