I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. After accepting quote Tim arranged for all materials he required to be collected or delivered (without any money up front) & kept me informed at all times. Work was arranged within 2 weeks & carried out exactly as specified on the day & time arranged. Fantastic work at a competitive price & I would highly recommend.

Lee came swiftly and replaced the heating element, even though it was corroded and difficult to extract lest the tank should crack. Lee's card is on hand for any other electrical repairs or changes.
