Great work by Karl and the team, lots of extras thrown into my request last minute which Karl was able to factor in without issue. Quality of work was great, and all within time. Very punctual and communication was constant. Only downside was tidiness, unfortunately due to plastering works, flooring was damaged but Karl acknowledged this straight away and offered multiple options to resolve which we agreed very quickly. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
