Bill was excellent! He came out quickly and gave me a quote right away. We discussed the different options as we had to fix someone else’s shoddy work and came to a solution. Very easy to deal with. Came to assess the job, advised on different options and provided a competitive quotation very quickly. Robert and his team started and finished the job within agreed timescales and left the site tidy at the end of each day. We are delighted with the quality of the workmanship and the finished job. Brian & Shaun did a excellent job in our bathroom, Very friendly professional & helpful from start to finish on the refurbishment of our bathroom. I am so happy they advised about repositioning toilet & moving basin it looks really great now. They done a brilliant job and paid attention to all details superbly. We would without hesitation, recommend their services to anyone. Thanks again chaps for a job brilliantly done.

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. We’ve since had two neighbours ask for their contact details. ??????????

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
