There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. Not recommended. Various delays on completion of decking job - weather , faulty materials. Paid for work promptly. After two weeks part of decking fell off ( decking unused). Company failed to repair work. Have given me four dates that they would fix - all no shows. Have not heard from them since last no show 29th July. Disappointing.

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!
