Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Kris did a great job. Better finish than I hoped for. He even corrected some existing faults and put those right so that he achieved a great finish. Friendly and professional. Very tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely punctual and flexible to meet some of my altered availability. Already looking at what else I can get Kris to do for me! Can't recommend him highly enough.

wonderful locksmith, very knowledgeable. If you are worried about the lack of reviews, do have a listen to what he has to say first then make a decision based on that. It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. Not only were Tim and Brian the best tradesmen who we have had, they were the tidest, most reliable, trustworthy people I have had work in my home. They stuck to the quote, fixed every problem that arose, made it as stress free as possible and were super friendly. They will be my first call for any future work that needs doing.
