Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. We are happy to quote anything, bespoke is my passion. If you can’t get someone to build it, we can! Please feel free to browse photos of my work, I will try upload a little bit of everything. Small but awkward lighting switch job. Rang and roughly priced on the phone within ! hour of job posting. Gave early time next day and arrived punctually at peak of 'school rush'. Craig and Dave very polite, friendly and efficient. Did job in time and price predicted and apologised for having to dash off to an 'emergency'

I was quoted on 11 internal Doors & Casings. Labour price was £2300. The existing doors and casings have been removed making the job easier and more straightforward. The price seemed extreme. Decided to go with another company on Rated people with 5 star reviews and twice as many satisfied customers for a fraction of the price.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.
