Martin was very quick to respond (posted the job at 9PM and he was at our house bang on the agreed time the next morning!). Price was perhaps a little higher than competitors (10-15% or so) but it was complete next day and we agreed price upfront so I can’t complain. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
