George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Hi, my name’s Darren the owner of Complete Kitchens. I’ve been in this trade for 35 years, it’s a real family business with 3 generations of Kitchen Fitters. Whilst Kitchens are in my blood, I also specialise in Bathroom fitting. I’ve worked for all the big companies over the years (Homebase, B&Q, Ikea, Habitat, Wickes) and understand how daunting it can be choosing the right kitchen or bathroom fitter. I have the knowledge and experience that means you can put your mind at rest. I can either offer a fit only service right the way through to design and supply too. As part of your overall kitchen and bathroom project I can do tiling, plastering, electrics, gas, plumbing and decorating. Michal and team did a great job in adding office room, remodelling and fitting new kitchen, flooring and renovating the full house for us within 2.5 months. All team members were professional and worked very fast to complete the work on time.
Mid Kent Landscaping & Property Maintenance
Hired to replace pointing of existing patio. We were not expecting it to look like new patio. Initial attempt was very poor so refused to pay. Second attempt was superficially OK although have subsequently discovered that some of the pointing is soft and easily washes out leaving unsightly sand and cement on surface of patio that we are still trying to clean off. Gaps are now appearing that will need to be filled. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Unfortunately as soon as the work was done we developed a leak in the roof (I'm not saying they are related). We were told by Alan's son that the damp was simply the wall drying out. It wasn't and got progressively worse. We did contact Alan again who said he'd come around but didn't. Three other builders have said that the lead work wasn't correctly done and we've since had to pay for it to be redone.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
