To repeat I sent you the links of exactly what I had ordered. I’m afraid I don’t see that as an excuse. My advice is that you create a template statement of works which you complete and then get the customer to sign off before you come onsite. That way there is no misunderstanding.

Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.

You also gave me 1 week to get the work done before you left for 3-4 months. As I said, my feedback was accurate.
