There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Dino & Chris did a fantastic job clearing an overgrown area of the garden of weeds, soil & rubble, completely by hand as there was an insufficient return to get the digger down an alleyway. Nevertheless, they cracked on (in blazing heat) & made a fab job of clearing, weeding & levelling, leaving the area clean & tidy. They were very polite & I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade.
