He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Started out well, Robert came over and did his work quickly and efficiently. Reportedly he then got in a car accident and was unable to work for a couple of months - which is inconvenient but understandable. However, he has since been back able to work - something he told me himself - and I have been completely unable to contact him. Floorboards have since come loose and warped, skirting has fallen off, Previous flooring not taken away. Bad job all around with no explanation as to why. Do not hire.
