What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!

He ignored my text & left half the panel working buttons, unusable after he finished saying don’t use them, they do nothing any way. He quoted £85 but charged £102. I paid what he quotes me. In England, VAT is included in the quoted price unless explicitly stated otherwise. Every quote I’ve paid before included VAT or clearly mentioned it. This isn’t the U.S., where tax is added afterward. For the sake of £17, you’ve lost a customer looking to buy a new boiler.

Called ahead to confirm the appointment. Evaluated the issue and determined that it was better not to replace the fan but put a vent. He then sent me a link to the vent to buy off Amazon. I was only charged a call out fee. All in all, very friendly and excellent service. I will use them next time I have an electrical issue to sort.

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. Ussman came around to service our boiler and diagnose a problem we were experiencing. I can honestly say that he is an absolute professional. He knew his trade inside out & managed to fully repair the boiler and it is running so much better now. He didn't leave until he was sure we were satisfied. He charged very reasonably & in line with his quotation. He is friendly, polite, honest, super tidy & I would have no problem recommending him.

Asked to fix a kitchen leak from a reverse osmosis filter. He took a part off, cleaned the limescale and added silicone and said it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs later the tube started leaking a lot, took video and turned the tube feed off. When I requested a redress, he said he was on holiday and could send an engineer; I asked how the engineer would fix it but received no response after 2 messages. The tube needed to be changed or hole where tube feeds, made bigger. Would not recommend.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
