Emmanuel visited my property to inspect a damp issue in the rear bedroom, explained to me what needed to be done to resolve it. We agreed on the price and how the work would be carried out, and I must admit, the tenants were very pleased with work and the outcome of the rooms. I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.
