I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Jobs is done fine and it's 5 star work. However he quoted 200£ to seal 3 sides of a shower tub and if we don't accept he must charge 65£ for a 10 minutes inspection without letting us know in advance on phone. That's a 1 star price.

Quick to respond.. He made an appointment to come and quote within the hour. Arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and sent a quote. Booked in 2 days later to fix our leak. He was the 4th plumber we had asked to do the job in 5 years. Only one who has actually fixed it.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.
