I can't rate Konrad high enough, he did more than I originally asked. He replaced the rotten decking, put some pario slabs down, replaced some fencing, even made a couple of flower boxes. Bathroom work- I had a disappointing experience with this builder. Within just 1 yr of completing th work, we had 4 separate water leaks, resulting in thousands of pounds in damage. Th quality of materials used was subpar. On escalating these issues & asking for compensation, th builder simply told us to file it in court rather than taking responsibility for th problems. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from choosing this builder. We expected much better materials, workmanship & accountability.
