We are new to Rated People as we are looking to work more locally in the NW area at the domestic and small commercial level. With over 18 years in the trade, we have been successfully installing floor coverings on projects for a wide ranging client base; retail shops, gyms, pharmacies, offices, schools and more. As well as the commercial work we also have a great deal of experience in carrying out projects for home owners. The types of flooring we install include: LVT (Amtico, Karndean, Moduleo). Vinyl Tiles and Planks (Polyflor, Gerflor). Vinyl Sheet (Altro, Polyflor, Polysafe, Gerflor, Forbo). Carpet Tiles (Burmatex, Tarkett, Interface). Our services cover all aspects of the preparation works required prior to fitting new floor coverings. These include: Uplifting existing materials. Advising if a damp proof membrane is needed. Smoothing underlayments (screeding). Plywood for timber subfloors. Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.
I have over 35 years building trade experience, carrying out a variety of jobs. A plasterer by trade but have also trained as a joiner. I recently went on a course to carry out locksmith work. I have full public liability insurance and am CRB checked.
We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

Rob has been excellent from the beginning to the end. He's fitted a new worktop with upstand and rebuilt an existing kitchen unit to fit new layout, giving my tired kitchen a new lease of life.
