I have been a sole trader for 2 years and have worked in the industry for 7 years. I have worked in different environments such as agriculture and domestic and also have worked on suppression systems in food factories and data centres. I am a level 3 qualified electrician with test and inspection knowledge.i also have my 18th edition qualifications. I can also undertake PAT testing, Electrical Vehicle Charging points and fire alarm contracts if required. I am a tidy tradesman with experience in building as well so can also plaster and make good. Reason for only a 3 star review is as follows. Didn’t rewire a light that said would as said shouldn’t be just plugged in to a socket and was included to be done in the quote. I messaged Chris as the lights timings not set up correctly even though he said he had to send me the instructions so I could do it and I saw him with the instructions but I never got any response so I had to spend time up a ladder sorting myself using guesswork. There were a couple of other issues but out of characters !!

Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
