After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Dean and Rob worked very hard during a couple of incredibly hot days to lay our slate patio. Once the patio was laid however, quite a large number of the slabs were not set and were moving when stepped on. Unfortunately the guys didn't come back and fix the problem, which was disappointing.

Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Was disappointed that a little bit of damage was done to the door, also, no dust sheets, the initial job I am happy with but the door is very slightly sticking at the door frame, never done this before, I will admit that it's so tiny and perhaps I'm being picky, but I don't want one problem solved to be left with perhaps another one in the future, I know nothing about hanging doors but feel that this one hasn't been quite correctly hung, I may be wrong, only time will tell...
