Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

I've given 4 stars for reliability - but that was only because covid-19 interrupted. Other than that, James came up with a design that I liked, and he and his his guys did a great job making it work. Stewart my work partner and myself Adam, combined have over 60 years experience in the building industry.
