Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. Dave & Garry have completed an excellent job of work painting our Hall stairs and landing, bedroom, bathroom, sun lounge and porch. A very reasonable quote and excellent workmanship. Punctual and quiet. Two very amenable neat and tidy people . We cannot rate these guys highly enough. The work was advertised and immediate start and completion within a week. We will be using them again in the future.

Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine.
