I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I had my under floor insulated and a doorway created between my living room and kitchen, with bi- fold doors fitted. James and his team completed the job very professionally and on time. They always arrived when they said they would. Very polite, clean and tidy- gave great advice from quote to completion. I’m really pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Issues have occured with some stairs and it's proving difficult to get him back to fix his work. Normally I would be more patient but the defective stairs are hazardous.

Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
