I so impressed with his customer relation skills, I have contracted him for some bathroom / downstairs cloakroom major renovations - see his weksite / fb page "OJF Services". He is polite and always follows up telephone and email enquiries......also I have never known to be late for an appointment. His rates a very fair for a professional job. I highly recommend him in ever respect.

Steve did an excellent job in removing the corner tape, placing and re-painting. You would never know there was any problem! These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????
