Absolute 1st class service and build from Michael and his team. Communication was great from our first contact right through to completion. Excellent competitive pricing and good invoicing. The overall build quality of our extension is fantastic and thoughtfully done. We had a downstairs shower room, dining room and hall added with new back steps. Michael is a great problem solver too. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up.
