Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

Due to a 1950s house challenges did arise but Chris was swift to find solutions resulting a fantastic high spec bathroom which included everything we wanted and more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! John only completed 4 days of work - he said it would take four weeks. He made me pay £4,000 in those four days but hardly any of the work was complete. He decided not to turn up after 4 days as he had other jobs ongoing which we weren't informed of. He has run off with my money and is not trustworthy. I have attempted to contact him many times but no responses received. He has an ongoing police case which he wanted us to help him with. I have reported him to Trading Standards.

Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.

Please dont use, you will get ripped off. I was told to expect a payment of £60 or so. The work needed one more detector than planned so would have been fine with little extra payment, however I checked and the materials we have been double charged. So the end price we paid was 3x more than discussed. We definitely will not be using this service again and not recommended. Honesty goes a long way to loyalty.
