I provide a design and install service for fine stonework. I have varied and extensive experience in utilising and adapting stone products to suit design requirements. I have worked in a wide variety of sectors and have an extensive range of fixing methods to draw upon. sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. We are delighted with the workmanship and the finished kitchen and would thoroughly recommend Dale, particularly with his experience of fitting Wren kitchens.
Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.
