Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Although bricklaying, stonework and paving are my speciality, I do have a really wide skill set. Please see my gallery for examples. I have been fortunate enough to gain building experience all over the world in Australia, Portugal, parts of Asia and the UK. I enjoy working closely with customers and offer a bespoke service for all building needs. Over the last few years I have begun focusing my work towards garden building design. I enjoy working on outdoor spaces as they offer opportunities for creativity without the limitations of planning restrictions. It is also high impact work. A garden can be changed a lot in just the space of a week or two. I appreciate the importance of listening to customers carefully, adding suggestions from previous designs and my own experience as needed. I am happy to put references forward if required. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine.
