Why did you tell me that my money was in a secure bank account. Why did you tell me that materials were paid for to lock the price. Why have I needed to redecorate the whole house as the painting is a disaster. I have photos as proof and theres more. Too many to mention. This company is a pure scum! The roof has been constructed using an incorrect size of joists and needs rebuild. They built walls without insulation that I now need to rebuild, re plaster, repaint. It's been 5 months still dont have a roof. I have already paid £44,000 out of £55,000 and £9,000 classed as extra at a later stage to Michael O'Heney who runs this company. He has left me a big mess behind, financial debts and has completely ruined my life.

Grant took great care with the floor prep - sealing skirting gaps and skimming low spots - before mixing and pouring the Mapei floor-levelling compound. There was zero mess and no splashing on the walls or skirting. Grant even returned the next day (after being paid) to help me move stuff back into the workshop. A genuinely nice guy - I will employ Grant's services again if the need arises.
