We had a pipe leak. Christian identified the root cause to be burst pipe in hot water cylinder. He proposed to replace it with an unvented cylinder system. He installed the cylinder which works okay. However later we found out that regulation requires the unvented cylinder to be certified. He does not respond to questions related to certification and necessary paperwork. We did not receive an installation certificate. Now he is unresponsive and does not confirm if installation is complete. AVOID

Harry and his team turned up when they said they would. Kept me informed as to how the job was progressing. All were very polite and courteous. They went out of their way to clean up after themselves. Very pleased with my new ceiling and spotlights and my outside sensor lights. Has given my property a fresh look. Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you. Clean, efficient and helpful. Did what he said and to the quote even though it took a few more days. Would certainly use him again and recommend jeff to anyone who needs a good builder.
