So the context here is that we have had 4 roofers come to us (not from Rated People) to repair our leak. All arrived with promises to resolve our leak and none managed to do this. Jay and his team inspected the job, confirmed what needed to be done and has delivered on his promises. Had a quote of Gareth to replace my polycarb roof with tiled.Out of three quotes his was the most fair,had some shockers !!But no drop in quality,did a great job and completed in just 3 days.But what impressed me the most is how honest and genuine he is I am sure that if I have any issues in future he will be happy to help sort it.Nice and clean after completion also.Recommended.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
