This was my first job through Rated People and the experiance was smoth and hassel free. As indicated by the posted rating every thing carried out smoothly and efficiently. Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

The job was a small patio at the end of my garden. Good quality professional job, which is now weathering nicely. We had some minor difficulties with delivery schedules, but Adam overcame these with the minimum of bother to me.

John has done a professional job from start to finish.Throughout he has been courteous ,punctual and tidy .Part of the work meant access was needed through the house but mess was kept to minimum and clean . I can recommended without hesitation . The room is finished to a high standard , and is better then I imagined .

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Tippo and his team were very professional at all times and involved us at all stages of the work. He explained clearly what would be done and the job was carried out to time and exactly the way it was planned. His team turned up promptly every day and were diligent, polite and courteous. Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns.
