I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. A difficult job in a very old building. Plenty of communication prior to fitting of non-standard door and frame. Work carried-out to instructions. Will use again. Highly recommended.

Very personable man with a massive set of tools, however he didnt have the correct drill bit for drilling 50mm holes for newel posts. First 4 days work were good last one was sloppy.

Good communication, turned up on time. Fitting was atrocious - five hours fitting a stair carpet, which was left with holes, not stretched or properly attached. He didn't know how to fit turns or curves. Our woodwork was damaged badly with his knife. When I politely pointed these things out, he collected his tools and left without taking payment and said that he "hadn't wanted to do the job anyway" despite the fact he viewed before and quoted. Carpet may have to be replaced. Very stressful/awkward.
