This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.

Craig and his team removed a fence and replaced it with a far superior one. He visited, accessed and quoted, within hours of phoning him. We discussed and agreed on materials and dates. Prior to the agreed date, his communication, responding to points we raised, was prompt and detailed. He was punctual and worked methodically.
