Chris was prompt in calling me and arranging to visit to quote me for the job but unfortunately he let me down twice. First time he did let me know he couldn’t come which seemed legitimate but has now made me very suspicious after the second time I waited for over 3 hours and got no response to my message. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
