graham and his team did a good job in sometimes awkward situations left graham to carry on with the job while i was at work i was kept informed about progress graham is a very easy person to get on with and i would use him again

J&m roofing ltd did a fantastic job on my roof. There was no messing around and no stress. They were very helpfull and very reliable , started the job when they said they were going to start and completed the job on time to my satisfaction. The whole team was well mannered and polite.I was kept well informed on the daily progress of the project. We had roof lead taken from our property. We asked for a different material to replace it. Richard was most accommodating and did some research towards that, and we were happy with the quote. Especially as it was short notice and over a bank holiday weekend. Really appreciate the work they did, which took longer than perhaps expected, working around the weather needing to be dry. Really good job, and tidied each day before leaving. Definitely would use again, and recommend confidently.

Stefan was brilliant. He arrived on time, was reliable, friendly and trustworthy. The quality of workmanship was top-notch, and it’s clear that he takes great pride in his craft. Not only was the work completed efficiently, but he went above and beyond, repairing some additional work done poorly by a previous tradesman at no extra cost. Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I had cause to call them VERY late that night they put me at ease and attended again the next day to a problem I had caused I would recommend any lone female use them.

Andrew was superb. We exchanged a few messages before he came to do the work, he always responded promptly and even offered to come to provide a temporary fix before he was free to carry out the actual job. Another job was cancelled, and he fitted my job in early even though it was his birthday. He did an excellent job of replacing my fence posts under difficult conditions and even went the extra mile in a couple of aspects. On top of this he comes across as a lovely bloke. 6 stars.
