I am really pleased with every aspect of John's work. From start to finish he has been professional, honest and approachable. I had a few quotes for my job and picked John as he seemed the most competent and was happy to talk through all the options. He also came in at a very competitive rate which helps! He always arrived on time and insisted of clearing away each night. All of his team also worked to a high standard. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. Provided realistic timetable & started on agreed date.Were clean and tidy workers, aware we still had to live whilst they were working. Any issues were discussed as they occurred and resolved. Finished in timescale.Also helped reduce costs. Excellent work and workers, really pleased with the new extension and patio, on budget and all certification received.

I hired Hafeez to repair my kitchen but installed a second hand one lastly. I paid £1,600 initially as materials, all turned into his labour cost. Throughout, Hafeez prolonged the delivery date, made false promises and continually added extra charges, he always have reasons which benefit for him to ask for money which I cannot justify the validity, resulting in significantly higher costs than anticipated. He claimed he is honest and reliable, but when he received his second payment he left without notice.
