I used Steve and the team[QSP] for my loft conversion in Harborne. The quote was competitive. The works were undertaken to a very high standard. Tidy workers and sensitive to client needs. Reacted to the job advert promptly, arranged a suitable time and turned up efficiently. Took pictures to show me where the problems lay, quoted and then took pictures of what was put in to fix the problem. Very reliable and thorough in the job. Also advised that theres a 10 year guarantee on the works completed. Highly recommended.

Bogdan did our full bathroom refubrishment. I was a little bit worried that he had no reviews, although he did show me work down when he worked at London it is still hard to trust that work will be done to the high standard that we wanted. We should have not been worried at all. The transformation was fantastic and finish is beautifull surpassing our expectations. Everything works as it should and we were so glad we went with Bogdan so much so that we now asked him to refubrish our family bathroom too.

Roy came to give a quote as having probs with damp patch on bedroom & chimney wall. He did thorough examination in loft & was told that there was no leaking from roof & problem was probs due to air vent blocked up on chimney breast & condensation in bedroom. He quoted price to do some pointing work in the future & as he was Very honest with us we will be getting him to do as another company quoted me silly amount of money to do work that wasnt needed & wouldnt of solved our problem.

The carpentry was good but I dont think he had fitted a felt roof b4(a bit out of his field). He changed the arranged day with very little notice which caused a little problem, otherwisw OK. SLMc.

Problems with a leak from the installed shower, has caused me to replace newly fitted floor. The toilet was not designed to fit the waste despite the installer placing the order for all the items he was to install.

En suite successfully fitted. Chris is clearly experienced and had a good solution for each problem. He successfully tackled all of our more obscure requests (Japanese style toilet). Lots of good work done and Chris was amazingly patient when we (clients) messed up the ordering of parts...multiple times.

Barry sussed out the problem we had with our leaking roof and fixed it quickly. We had several others round to quote but I trusted Barry’s diagnosis and it paid off. It would have been 5 stars but how expensive is a roofing job! An education for me. He was “competitive” though. 3 months later and not a drop inside the house so job done.

Do not under any circumstances use Knights Roofing or Tommy King who also has other companies.He did not complete the roofing/chimney work and he kept promising to come back and 6 months on we are now getting no response from him.Our chimney is leaking more than before and we are getting another professional to sort the problem
