From calling to arriving was within a few days. The blown light transformers were fixed very quickly. It took a few weeks before paperwork for the electrical safety arrived. But everything we asked for was done.

Valentin was very responsive and professional. He went well beyond the call of duty and my expectations and even measured my floors and helped me get my Lyno flooring delivery in my flat without charging me anything extra. As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. Craig did a fantastic job of skimming the ceilings of 6 rooms of our home at the end of 2021. The finish was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he was flexible when we needed to move the date, he took care to minimise the mess and the price was competitive. Would use again and highly recommended.

Vaclav did a really good job, turned up when he said he would and charged the price quoted. Our floors were last sanded and varnished about 16 years ago so they were pretty worn. He re-sanded and re-varnished with 3 coats. I was particularly impressed that there was no dust and everything was left very clean each day.

Kamen was lovely. He was on time and reliable. He has laid a laminate floor beautifully, levelling some very slight differences in a few areas first to ensure a good finish. Nothing was too much trouble. His work is of a high standard. He worked quickly and without any mess, leaving everything tidy. He was friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have been let down by quite a few gardeners in the last year. Toby of GotG was very proactive. He called to discuss my requirements and prices. Was punctual and did a great job to a very tired garden. I have now engaged them to maintain the garden for me and I'm kept fully informed with pics of the work done on the day we agreed.
