Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Ionut was prompt and fast . However would not snag minor items saying holes were not filled as needed silicone so he did not do them . asked him for a list for of materials and bought what he asked for …He never asked for silicone . now have to try and do it myself which defeats the object of employing a professional . He also was reluctant to work around furniture and quite unresponsive when asked to remedy things . Overall though a good job if he could address these minor issues he could be 5 *

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.
