I did not know him but read his reviews online which were all good. He communicated honestly and I felt reassured so I paid an agreed deposit amount on the first day. Nic and his colleague removed all the old concrete slabs and replaced them with attractive ceramic ones along with the manhole lids. They worked hard and left the site very clean and tidy. I asked Jays to remove and replace some old cladding and being impressed with their work subsequently asked them to paint the rendered parts of my house. One wall was in particularly poor repair and need complete removal of the old render, stabilisation and repair and re-rendering. All the work was done thoroughly, with attention to detail by a very hard working and cheerful team. At every stage in the proceedings I felt in control. The result is excellent. I highly recommend them.
